In this unit, you have a chance to showcase your performances in individual activities and show your knowledge of the skills, tactics, rules and regulations that are important in two separate sporting activities.
You will generate your own journals or “blogs” where you will store all of your evidence for the entire unit, including videos of your performances and journals of your written work.
